As the award-winning Principal Lawyer of Bryks Lawyers, with over 14 years of legal industry experience, Dorota is an expert in advising on front-end business transactions.  She prepares documents for business asset and share sales and purchases, and identifies and rectifies areas of exposure in existing contracts, draft standard form and bespoke contracts for specific purposes as well as negotiating and documenting deals.  Dorota also has a very good record for resolving and achieving fantastic outcomes for clients who find themselves in a contractual dispute or wish to assert their rights.

She is described as a pragmatic lawyer, who delivers sound practical advice.  Having previously acted as a Regional Operations Manager for a fast-growing healthcare company, she has acquired a high degree of business acumen along with a vast business strategy skillset that her clients today continually find relevant and invaluable.

Increasingly, Dorota acts as in-house counsel for several clients, who find her strategic legal advice to the many business issues and challenges they face, irreplaceable.

Being exceptional at managing workload, prioritising tasks and having a solid behind the scenes team means that she delivers work within agreed timeframes and deals with urgent matters promptly.  Dorota approaches her role not only as a legal advisor but as an advisor on practical business solutions that will allow your business to operate with as little disruption as possible.  Dorota’s priority is always her clients and their needs and this is engrained in her support team.

When not at work, she loves to unwind at the theatre, deciphering the latest (and often obscure) modern play, simply keeping fit or at the beach.
