THE PROJECT
We acted for a manufacturer of products who wished to expand by engaging distributors to sell its products.
HOW WE HELPED
In taking into account the client's objectives, issues they wished to avoid and matters they wished to address, we prepared a distributor agreement together with all other ancillary documents. We also empowered the client by providing it with tools to negotiate the agreement with prospective distributors.
